Primos Oil & Gas needed a government-to-government crude oil purchase agreement negotiated and secured between Fujairah International Oil & Gas and NNPC Nigeria: a deal where documentation standards, compliance, and stakeholder management decide whether anything happens at all.

As COO, the role covered leading the negotiation to a secured agreement, building the compliance frameworks it ran on, and managing stakeholder communications at government level on both sides, holding the documentation to full compliance throughout.

C-suite experience with government stakes. Managing an engagement at this level means the rigor is not aspirational.
